 Today, I want to reduce those workout worries so you can get fit in the comfort of your home.

  1. No more comparisons! Forget what you see on social media. This is YOUR fitness journey and nobody’s watching (except maybe your adorable cat or dog, lol). Focus on feeling good, not fitting into some false social media expectations.
  2. Embrace Bodyweight Exercises: You don’t need a ton of equipment. Start your workout with bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and pushups. (The workouts in your TYF programs can be done with no weights.)
  3. Celebrate your Wins vs. Magnifying your failures: Big or small, every step counts! High-five yourself after a workout, take pictures of yourself sweaty and smiling to track your progress, and see how far you’ve come. Consistency is key, so celebrate every single step.

Bonus Tip: Turn your workout into a party! Light some candles, diffuse essential oils, or wear your cutest workout clothes. Create a vibe that makes you feel amazing, and your body will follow suit! ✨
