Here’s the deal: you’re not in this fight alone. You’re rolling with my Tampa squad, and we’re all hitting the same workouts together. Best part? You can do it right at home. No fancy gym. No excuses. You don’t need to be a slave to equipment either.
Optional gear, if you’re ready to level up:
- Small Dumbbells (2-5 pounds)
- Medium/Large Dumbbells (8-15 pounds)
- Resistance Band
- Chair
But remember, whether you got equipment or not, you got everything you need—because the most important tool in your transformation is your mindset. Let’s get to work.
PARTICIPATION RULES
- Take Your Before Picture: Grab a piece of paper, write “ABS VS ASS CHALLENGE DAY 1” on it, and snap those shots—front, side, and back. No hiding. You gotta see where you started to know where you’re going.
- Daily Check-In: Don’t disappear on me! I need you to check in every single day in our Facebook group. This isn’t just about showing up—it’s about staying accountable. You got this.
- 10k Step Challenge: Walking ain’t just for getting from point A to point B. We’re going to hit 10,000 steps, 2 days a week. That’s right, no excuses. You better show us those steps in the group!
- Final Picture: After you crush the challenge, I want to see the results. Same pose, same clothes if possible, but now your paper says ” Abs vs Ass CHALLENGE FINAL RESULTS.”
