This program is intentionally simple.

You have 16 follow-along ab workouts designed to help tighten and support your waist without adding more chaos to your routine.

No jumping.
No cardio requirements.
No full-body distraction.

Just focused ab work—done consistently.


HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM

These workouts are full follow-along sessions.
Press play and move with me.

Option 1: As written

  • Complete 1 workout per day
  • Follow the order provided
  • Finish all 16 workouts over 4 weeks

Option 2: Add-on style (most common)

  • Add 1 workout to the end of your regular training
  • Do this 3–4 times per week
  • Repeat workouts as needed

Both options work.
Consistency matters more than perfection.


WHAT TO EXPECT

This program is designed to:

  • Tighten the waist
  • Flatten the lower belly
  • Improve core control and posture

You may feel:

  • Shaking
  • Deep core engagement
  • Muscles you haven’t felt in a while
