I DID IT! 😎💪🏾Today I completed the last workout of my Week 6 IWFA program and I feel AMAZING!!

I still have a ways to go but at 45 years old and 4 kids I can sprint, fit nicely in tight jeans and do cartwheels with my nieces again”
