Braided Salmon With Shrimp & Crab Meat

(This recipe does not have exact measurements! Just add how much of a certain item you want!)

Ingredients For Salmon & Shrimp
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Smoked Paprika
Old Bay
Tony Chachere
Black Pepper

Ingredients For Crab Cake Mixture
1/2 bell pepper, chopped & sautéed (optional)
1 medium onion, diced & sautéed (optional)
3 TBSP Mayo
2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
2 Eggs
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup parsley Old bay seasoning (Add how much you want)
Garlic powder (Add how much you want)
Onion powder (Add how much you want)
Ground white pepper (Add how much you want)
Smoked paprika (Add how much you want)
Juice of lemon
1 LB lump crab meat, drained and deshelled
Garlic butter sauce (enough to coat crab meat)
1 bag of simple mills almond flour crackers
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
(To create crab cake make mixture, just combine all items.)

Steps
1. Clean and remove the skin from salmon
2. Season the salmon with ingredients listed above
3. Braid the salmon and set it aside
4. Season Shrimp with ingredients listed above and set aside
5. Prepare crab cake mixture
6. Add butter to the tops of the salmon and put it in a pan
7. Cover the salmon with foil and bake at 400F for 20 minutes
8. After salmon is done baking, take it out of the oven and top it with the crab mixture
9. Place Shrimp on top of crab
10. Bake again uncovered for 7-10 mins, until Shrimp is cooked.

Garlic butter
3 Tbsp. butter
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Parsley

Combine Butter Ingredients and melt it in a pot or microwave then pour it over finished salmon
