Garlic Pepper Smothered Chicken

Chicken Breast
Chicken Stock (2 Cups )
Heavy Cream ( 1cup or 1/2 cup )
1/2 Stick Butter
Minced Garlic
Seasonings
Garlic Pepper
Garlic Herb
Onion Seasoning
Garlic Seasoning
Paprika ( just to coat )
Xanthan gun
In a hot skillet add sliced peppers and onions, cook for 5 minutes. Season chicken with above seasonings. Than add seasoned chicken to skillet and sear chicken on each side for 5 minutes, remove from heat. In the same skillet add veggies, chicken stock, heavy cream, seasoning from above, sprinkle of xanthan gum and garlic. Stir until mixed well, turn heat down and stir until gravy thickness. Add chicken back to gravy and let simmer for 30-40 minutes. Top on rice and serve with veggies of your choice.
